If you find a lower publicly available rate on competing websites, we will match that rate and give you an additional 10% discount off the lower rate! Here are our Terms & Conditions for substantiating claims.
Berjaya Hotels & Resorts “BHR” guarantees to provide the lowest room rates available on “BHR Websites”.
BHR Websites are the websites owned or managed by or on behalf of BHR as follows:

This guarantee is not applicable for the following properties:
Terms & Conditions
- A lower rate claim must be submitted within 24 hours after making a confirmed reservation through BHR Websites.
- A claim form may be rejected by BHR if it is incomplete and/or submitted in an unsupported language.
- Rooms on the competing website must be publicly available with instant confirmation at the time of verification.
- The lower rate found on competing website must be match the booking requirements of confirmed reservation made on BHR Websites, i.e. same hotel, same stay period, same number of guests, same type of accommodations with similar cancellation and/or payment policies.
- Additional charges such as booking fees, extra person fees and rollaway charges will be included in the rate comparison.
- Taxes, gratuities, tariffs imposed by any government authority (federal, state or local) or any mandatory charges that may apply at BHR will be excluded from the rate comparison.
- An estimated price of value-added amenities (e.g. free breakfast, tickets, etc.) that is offered as a part of a competing rate will be excluded from the rate comparison and will not be provided to the guest by BHR when honouring a claim.
- In the event of a multiple night stay, the Best Rate Guarantee will compare the pre-tax total room cost of the stay as booked on BHR Websites with the pre-tax total room cost of the stay booked on a competing website with substantially similar rate limitations.
- BHR will convert the competing rate of a different currency to match the same currency of the booking confirmed through BHR Websites for verification of lower rate claims. BHR may reject claims if the difference in room rate is due to the currency exchange rate fluctuation and/or rounding applied.
- A claim cannot be filed less than three (3) days prior to arrival. BHR will need to verify the availability of the competing rate before honouring a claim and cannot guarantee that this process will occur for reservations confirmed less than three (3) days prior to arrival.
- The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
- Websites that “bundle” or “package” travel (e.g. airfare, car rental, etc.), entertainment (e.g. theme park tickets, spa, etc.), hotel stay and/or food components (e.g. restaurant voucher, dinner, meals, etc.)
- Opaque sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking has been made (e.g. Priceline, Hotwire, etc.)
- Rates offered according to direct mail or email solicitations which requiring a credit card in order to book the competing rate or the use of discount codes or coupons to book such competing rate, or otherwise offers that not intended available for the general public.
- Qualified discount rates (e.g. AAA rates, AARP rates, convention rates, Government rates, Travel Industry Discounts, Long Stay, direct marketing offers, etc.)
- Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or any other rates not available to the general public, including rates to memberships of clubs, affinity programme, or other organisations where rates are specifically made available to a specific group of individuals.
- Only one (1) 10% discount per night will be honoured regardless of the number of competing lower rates found.
- BHR has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the competing rate is genuinely available and that the claim meets all terms & conditions. In case of dispute, the decision by BHR is final.
- The terms and conditions of our Best Rate Guarantee are subject to change and/or can be revoked at anytime in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
