Blood Donation

TIOMAN, OCTOBER 2016 – Blood Donation campaign was jointly organized by Berjaya Tioman Resort and Klinik Kesihatan Tekek. Crew from The Hospital Sultanah Aminah (HAS) Blood Bank came to perform the procedures – total of 12 crews including 2 doctors.

The event was on going for 2 days from 8.00am until 2.00pm and we managed to collect blood from 102 qualified donors.

It was a perfect timing as the blood was really in need by HAS due to the fire in their ICU ward.

The blood collected was flown by Angkatan Penyelamat Maritim Malaysia (APNM).
