SPA INFORMATION
SHOULD I MAKE A BOOKING?
Yes. Please visit the Spa reception and/or call us for booking a treatment. You are advised to make your booking at least one day in advance to avoid time congestion.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time and enjoy the relaxing milieu and other facilities we provide at the Spa.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time to avoid time delay for awaiting guests.
WHAT IF I MISS A TREATMENT?
Guests will be charged for a 50% cancellation fee for missing the treatment. Please cancel your reservation at least 6 hours in advance.
WHAT ABOUT MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS?
Please place all your belongings upon arrival into the provided boxes or lockers for your own comfort and security. The Spa will not be responsible for any lost belongings.
WHAT IF I HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS OR IF I’M PREGNANT?
Please inform our reception when you make a booking if you have any severe health problems upon arrival. Our representatives will provide you a proper explanation on treatments based on your suitability.
Pregnant ladies are advised to notify us about their pregnancy to be handled appropriately. We would advise pregnant ladies in their early stage of pregnancy (up to 4 months) that massages are not suitable for their condition. This is to prevent any complications as the body needs to adjust to the new condition and any stimulation (with massage or oils) could irritate the body.
