BERJAYA AIR’S JOJO FLIGHT TURNS 2

Kuala Lumpur, 20 February 2022 – Jojo Flight made its inaugural direct flight to Redang Island via Subang Airport two years ago, today. It is indeed an exceptionally proud day for Berjaya Air Sdn Bhd (“Berjaya Air”), a subsidiary of Berjaya Land Berhad ("BLand") as celebrations are on the way to mark yet another milestone for its ATR42-500.

In its honour, Berjaya Air is more than happy to announce the second anniversary of Jojo Flight by offering special 4D3N packages with The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort to guests travelling to Redang Island directly via Subang Airport this February till April. Hence, the time has come to soak up the sun off the powdery white sands of The Taaras beach.

“These packages are so that our guests can continue to have a hassle-free holiday with their loved ones and The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort is the best place for anyone looking for privacy,” said Ms Jocelyn Yee, Director of Aviation of Berjaya Hotels & Resorts.

Since its inception, Jojo Flight has further enhanced regional air connectivity to the island and greatly reduced travelling time from an average of four hours to just over an hour on top of providing private charter services to any domestic destination. Berjaya Air welcomes guests to the island all year round and especially right now while the offer is still valid.

From rooms to suites, the offer starts from RM4,885 for 2 persons at this luxury island resort as Jojo Flight commemorates its second year in service. Guests are welcome to enjoy other inclusions such as daily breakfasts, F&B credit worth of RM200 per stay, express check-in, a snorkelling education trip (sea turtle & coral reef excursion) and a return flight from Subang Airport to Redang Island.

The not-so-hard-to-spot Jojo Flight livery depicts the company’s support of sea turtle conservation on the island with beautiful underwater sceneries on its fuselage. This straight forward branding approach holds a meaningful message that helps build emotional attachment to marine life.

“We would like to extend our heartiest gratitude to our patrons for all their support and we welcome both leisure and business travellers to continue to enjoy a seamless journey onboard our Jojo Flight,” said Mr Arthur Lee, General Manager of Berjaya Air.

“It is our pleasure to keep serving guests and our top priority remains to provide comfort, convenience, privacy and safety to all wherever and whenever you fly with us,” he adds.
