Malam Amal at Berjaya Penang Hotel

GEORGETOWN, PENANG – In conjunction with the month of Ramadan, Berjaya Penang Hotel celebrated the holy month by inviting at least 50 orphaned from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Nasyiatul Aisyiyah, Rumah Jagaan Harapan Al-Mahabbah and Pusat Jagaan Permata Kasih for breaking fast and deliver contributions. Berjaya Penang Hotel management, staff and corporate clients contributed monetary donations for the children to celebrate the upcoming Aidilfitri.

“It’s our great pleasure to host this celebration and spread the true meaning of Ramadan to all those in need. Malaysians live in a multi-cultural and multi-religious society and we at Berjaya Penang Hotel will never forget the true meaning of our joyous celebrations, which is giving,” said Acting General Manager, Tan Yew Jin.

The children were treated with sumptuous Jom Buka Puasa buffet at The Cafe. Afterward, Tan Yew Jin, Acting General Manager and Amran Taib, Executive Assistant Manager distributed duit raya and donations to the home’s representative and children.
