KUALA LUMPUR, JANUARY 2019 – Berjaya Hotels and Resorts (BHR) has organized a Sales Workshop – Breaking Barriers. The workshop happened from 17th – 20th January 2019 and involved associates from various departments including sales, one-stop centre, revenue, business development, digital marketing, marketing and communications and MICE from all properties in Malaysia and some from overseas.

The workshop started off with MARCOM and Revenue Management Workshop which happened simultaneously in Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on 17th January 2019. MARCOM Workshop was conducted by William Tan, Sophia Lim, Chin Kae Shyan and Nuraishah, which covered Brand Corporate Identity (CI), Marketing Toolkit and MARCOM SOPs (includes handling media, bloggers and influencers, managing social media, videography as well as photography). Revenue Management Workshop was conducted by Jessica Tham, which concerned on strategies to yield in different platforms and channels. Both workshops ended at 6.00pm.

The highlight of the workshop happened in Berjaya Hills in which the sales associates with commercial team were grouped together in a Sales Kick-Off from 18th – 20th January 2019. The 3D2N event was meant to explore innovative and different strategies to bypass obstacles and become more idea-oriented.
