TOURISM FESTIVAL – FOOD FIESTA IN PRASLIN

As part of the Tourism week activities, the Praslin Food Fiesta was organized on the 22nd September 2019, at the Berjaya Praslin Resort Beach Front of which BPR was the main Sponsor of the event.

The International Day of peace under the theme ‘Climate action for peace’ was celebrated from 21st until 27th September 2019. The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development and The Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change organized a march on the 25th September 2019 on Praslin to commemorate the theme ‘climate action for peace’. The march started at the Grand Anse playing field at 2pm and ended at the football stadium at Amitie.

The main objective of the activity is to sensitize the future generations and the community can help to combat climate change. A group of our BPR staffs and management also took part in the march to give their support along with other participants.
