RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all resort operations – Rooms, F&B, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing
- Ensure excellent guest experiences & service standards
- Drive profitability, occupancy & team performance
- Strong leadership, strategic planning & financial management skills required
- Must be willing to be based on an island resort
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Hospitality or related field
- 8+ years' experience in hotel/resort management
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Hands-on, dynamic, and results-oriented
