- Extra bed is available at RM160 nett per bed per night, inclusive of breakfast and is limited to one (1) unit per room.
- With immediate effect from 1st January 2023, foreign tourists staying at registered accommodation premises in Malaysia are subject to a Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night. Malaysians and Permanent Residents holding MyPRs cards are exempted from this tax.
- Check-in time is 1500 hours. Early check-in is subject to room availability. A one-night room charge will apply to pre-book the room one night prior to arrival in order to guarantee early check-in.
- Check-out time is 1200 hours. Late check-out after 1400 hours will be subject to a half-day rate and a full-day room charge will be imposed for late check-out after 1800 hours.
- “No-Show” arrival with/without a pre-arranged limousine transfer will be subject to a full room charge unless prior written cancellation is received by the hotel no later than 72 hours before the estimated time of arrival. Cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a one-night penalty charge.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card / cash / bank draft / cheque. The hotel reserves the right to release all non-guaranteed rooms within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date.
